Mr. Attwa has been leading private sector growth in companies that support the Department of Defense and other Federal Government agencies for over 15 years. As a C-Suite level

executive in both finance and operations, he combines management execution with a reservoir of industry specific accounting knowledge. Mr. Attwa has executed and managed

the delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars in products and services to support the warfighter.

Mr. Attwa has been responsible for delivering services through contracting vehicles with multi-billion-dollar ceilings. His private sector work has supported the Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Energy (DOE),

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other members of the Defense and Intelligence Community (IC). Mr. Attwa is proud to support small business growth in the defense industry. His expertise and mentorship have helped service-disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and other SBA disadvantaged businesses outgrow their small business designations to compete and win in full and open competition.

Mr. Attwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Virginia and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He maintains a TS clearance. He also serves on the U.S. Navy Ambassador Program.
